Timeframe:
Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of purchase. Once your request is approved, our customer support executive will guide you through the next steps.

Eligibility for Refund:
To process your refund, you must submit images of the product. Our team will assess the product and inform you if you are eligible for a refund.

Refund Processing Time:
Once your refund request has been approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Eligibility Criteria:
Refunds will not be processed under the following circumstances:
  • The product has been damaged.
  • The product has been altered (including fall pico).
  • The product has been used or washed.

Non-Refundable Charges:
Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

Purchase Location:
  • Items purchased at our retail store can only be refunded as store credit.
  • Items purchased online can only be refunded through the online store.

Self-Shipping:
If pick-up service is unavailable at your location, you will need to self-ship the product.
