Timeframe:
Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of purchase. Once your request is approved, our customer support executive will assist you with the exchange process.
Eligibility for Exchange:
To process an exchange, you must submit images of the product. Our team will inform you if you are eligible for an exchange.
Non-Eligibility Criteria:
Exchanges will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
- The product has been damaged.
- The product has been altered (including fall pico).
- The product has been used or washed.
Non-Exchangeable Items:
The following items cannot be exchanged:
- Gift wrap
- Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
Purchase Location:
- Items purchased at our retail store can only be exchanged for store credit.
- Items purchased online can only be exchanged through the online store.
Self-Shipping:
If pick-up service is unavailable at your location, you will need to self-ship the product.
